I was referred to David Warder at Zen Sanctuary by my physical therapist, whose judgment and care have benefited my degenerative disc disease and stenosis for many years. In advance of my first visit with David, the two of them communicated about my prior PT experiences, with deep tissue suggestions. As a result David’s massage was focally therapeutic and wholistically relaxing. After my first 90 minute massage I signed up for a package of sessions…so if repeat business is the ultimate recommendation, there you have it!
I woke up with pain in my neck that hurt when I breathed in. Luckily I had already booked the night before with Leah. She has magic hands I swear! No pain left at all. I asked her to work on my neck but also that I wanted to relax. She spent time on my neck and fixed the problem areas then gave me a nice, relaxing massage.
I have been going to Zen Sanctuary for almost a year now and am very pleased with the quality of the services offered. David is a superb massage therapist. He asks about any particular tensions or aches, then ensures he addresses those issues while still giving attention to the whole body. His Taisu mat massage really helps un-kink tight, over-stressed muscles. His manner is very soothing too.
I had the most amazing massage by Leah! She worked areas of my neck that I didn’t even know could be massaged. I walked in feeling awful, and I left feeling amazing and totally relaxed! David’s mat massage is a very unique massage experience that will put you into a deep state of relaxation. He always can find trouble areas that need extra attention. He’s great!
